All of our couples have sole access to 2 locations for getting ready.
There is a fully equipped cottage that is elegantly decorated with photo ops in mind. It has lighting that is perfect make-up application. A kitchenette and handicap restroom.
The other suite for getting ready is comfortable and designed for waiting and relaxing. Enjoy the comfy leather couches and soothing music or a little TV while you patiently wait for your big day to begin..
The property is adorned with a ceremony area that is nestled under a mature Oak tree. Our wooden bench seating carries out the woodsy rustic setting.
The pole barn pavilion serves as the dinner hall and includes wooden farm tables and cross-back chairs under chandeliers and market lighting.
The party and dancing takes place in the brick courtyard that has a Thomas Kinkaid feel to it.
Your guests are sure to be comfortable in a cafe setting under the stars and next to the bar.
We offer 2 areas for getting ready. Separate from each other to keep the couple out of each others view.

The decor is designed with your ideas and our expertise. Our Visual Designer creates your dream and brings it to life with a bang! We work with you from start to finish and gently guide you through the decision making process, alleviating the stress that often ruins the joy of wedding planning.

Our all-inclusive price is $9,800 (for 50 or less guests), then add $75/guest from 51-100.

You may remove a vendor or service from the package and replace it with one of your choice. (Certain restrictions apply)
10% is required to save the date, and t.he balance can be made in monthly installments.
There is a $500 refundable damage deposit.

The property is beautiful. Wide open space, beautiful trees and even mini zebu cows to complete the farm feel. With a ceremony area, covered patio (barn), a gazebo and dance floor, you can make it what you want. Sandy provides the expertise and support of planner, decorator and supplier of any couple’s vision for their wedding. The process is easy. Leading up to your wedding date, you send Sandy ideas, pictures and specific things you want and she makes it happen. Our Wedding day was as perfect as we could ask for.
